Macro Setting and Health Consult

Our one-time consultation includes an INBody body composition scan, personal goal setting and planning, individualized macro numbers set to you and your goals, and in-depth instruction on how to effectively use My Fitness Pal.

We will cover strategies for successful meal planning and meal tracking and provide a sample food plan based on your numbers.

This consultation does not include any follow up or macro management after.

Personalized Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching

Receive personalized coaching for goal setting, nutrition and stress management.

You will get weekly email check-ins, adjustments to your nutrition plan, access to lots of information, strategies and articles and a coach there to help you through it all.

Your numbers will be set, lifestyle and goals will be managed, progress pictures will be collected, and you will be taught how to be self sufficient every step of the way. The main goal here is coaching you to be successful in practicing macro tracking.
